"For the fourth autumn in a row, Tukums region invites you to visit the Home Cafés in Tukums and its surroundings! This year, from September 14th to 15th, 30 hosts across six local destinations will share their hospitality and treat guests. These hosts include families, groups of friends, small businesses, and various tourist attractions. The offerings will feature Latvian and international cuisines, including fish and meat dishes. Guests will also enjoy a variety of themed offerings, such as lemon dishes, ostrich specialties, American BBQ, and even a tea ceremony. We recommend trying nettle chips and meadowsweet ice cream for those seeking something unique.
There will be a wide range of themes in the Home Cafés, from picnics and garden parties to a visit to Grandma's countryside or enjoying artistically presented dishes akin to fine dining restaurants.
